Aunt Rubys Meatballs
- 1lb ground beef
 - 1 clove garlic (minced)
 - 1 egg (beaten)
 - .5 tsp salt
 - .5 c bread crumbs
 - .25 c evaporated milk
 - 7oz can diced green chiles
 - 1 c beef boullian
 - Flour
 - 2tbs canola or vegetable Oil
 - Jar of hot sauce
 
Directions
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic, milk, egg, and salt
 - Form beef mixture into meatballs (~ 30)
 - Roll meatballs in flour
 - Fry meatballs in oil until browned.
 - In a clean pan or crockpot, cover the meatballs with salsa and boullion.
 - Simmer 30 minutes
