Machaca
Ingredients
- 3lbs Stew meat
 - 1lb, 12oz can Whole Tomatoes
 - 1 7oz. can diced green chiles
 - 3 onions (diced)
 - 2 cloves garlic (minced)
 - 1.5 tsp salt
 - .25 tsp cumin
 - cilantro (to taste)
 
Directions
- Brown stew meat. Then drain. (Can be done in batches)
 - Place all ingredients in a dutch oven or large pan
 - Cook until meat begins to fall apart (~ 3 hours). Or cook in crockpot on high.
